All About You offers a range of corporate services to support you and the development of your teams. Our services fall into two categories – executive coaching and coaching-led workshops – and all of these will be tailored to meet your strategic needs. Every executive we have coached has wanted to become more influential at work. In effect they wanted to learn skills that would make them better at what they do best, and tools that would enable them to surprise people.
Delegates will be learning tried and tested techniques developed by visionary leaders in the fields of personal development work. These are universal. They are effective at any level and across any cultural differences.
All About You recognises how busy you are. The tools we teach are easy to learn and remember; they are novel, and you can use them for life so they will deliver repeat results for your business.
We teach tools with flexible entry and exit points, allowing us to string them together differently to create an infinite number of new tools. This is called ‘stacking'. The benefit for you is that we can create tools to meet your specific needs, and which no-one else may be using. Once we have done an initial needs/wants analysis, you get to select what you want to learn to empower you in just the way that you feel you need to be. Then we personalise the tools for you.
All practical skills are ‘learned by doing’ in a supportive environment to get the skill into the muscle.
All courses can be delivered in-house, which means your staff will not have to travel. This reduces delegate fatigue, makes it easier for them to focus on the material at hand, and reduces your overheads.
Delegates get full parameters about how to use the tools in all the most common scenarios. We will look at how flexible the tools are – that is, at how they can be varied – to raise the delegates’ ability to apply them.
To maximise your investment, we offer follow-up packages, which can include: Post-course coaching: Post-course coaching by phone or email is one of the most powerful ways to maximise the delegate’s learning because it allows individual attention to be given in the most focused way. Typically a company buys a certain amount of time for each delegate, which is then booked by each delegate. Workshops: Delegates meet with us again and bring with them questions and case studies for us to discuss. The group may work together to develop solutions, or we may give specific guidance, where appropriate, to further support the use of their new skills. Surgeries: The trainer revisits your company on an agreed day and is given a private office or meeting room to use as the venue for the surgery. Delegates are each given an allotted time on that day to see the trainer to answer their questions. Modelling: Delegates are encouraged to find a role-model (in or outside your business) to explore, and to apply the insights that they gain from this to their own style. This is a detailed and absorbing piece of work, and our agenda is to ensure that delegates learn how to model well enough to conduct such projects independently for the rest of their lives. Modelling affords a lifelong path of learning and growth. Buddies and angels: a core group is taught new skills, and are coached over a period of time to pass these on to colleagues and associates in the business.
